I am independent and will work with all people of different political backgrounds.

I am not beholden to big money interests or any lobby group.

I will not hesitate to take on difficult issues or those which are politically unpopular.

I am persistent and will follow through to the best of my abilities.

Why do I want to get involved?

Too many people have become frustrated with politics, feeling worn out and helpless by the polarization.  Those who hold different views are emphasizing our differences, which has resulted in people turning against each other. If we listen to each other we would realize that we have much more in common than we thought. We all want the same things, after all . . . a better life for ourselves and for our families. We can achieve those goals, but only if we work together. For that, we need someone who is not afraid to listen and who is willing to work with everyone. That is why I am here.

Where do I stand on issues?

My overarching philosophy is “Fiscally Conservative, Socially Liberal”.
